The 2023 Domaine A.F. Gros Bourgogne Hautes-Ctes-de-Nuits Rouge is a fresh, elegant Burgundy Pinot Noir from the higher slopes of the Cte de Nuits, offering bright cherry and raspberry aromas with subtle earthy and mineral notes. Light- to medium-bodied with lively acidity and fine tannins, it is approachable young but can develop nicely over the next few years, showing purity of fruit and a crisp, refined finish.
Domaine A.F. Gros is a distinguished estate based in Pommard, helmed by Caroline Parent-Gros, whose lineage bridges two of Burgundys great winemaking families: Gros and Parent. The domaine cultivates its vineyards with lutte raisonne (sustainable farming), minimizing chemical inputs and emphasizing respect for soil health and vine balance. Known for their precise and expressive Pinot Noir, A.F. Gros wines consistently reflect their origin with clarity and finesse.
