The 2021 ‘Five Wells Vineyard’ Chardonnay is a gorgeous showing. It instantly bursts open with aromas of lemon peel, white peach, topical nuances. orange blossom and crushed seashells jump from the glass. On the palate there are delicious flavors of citrus, tropical and orchard fruits. The palate displays a gorgeous combination minerality and salinity, which is underlined by lovely acidity on the finish. Overall, this is an absolutly striking Chardonnay that is amazing today and continue to drink beautifully for over a decade.

Coming from a site on the Sonoma Coast (in the Petaluma Gap), the 2021 Chardonnay 5 Wells Vineyard reveals a medium gold hue to go with a ripe, toasty, rocking nose of honeyed tropical fruits, toasted nuts, and white flowers. This powerful, medium to full-bodied, concentrated Chardonnay has bright acidity and a great finish.
