Agave 99 Reposado tequila is a recent product launch meant to serve the Jewish community–it is a 100% kosher tequila. The name is a reflection of the relatively high proof of the tequila. The name “99” is in reference to the “overproof” nature of the tequila–significantly higher than the more traditional 80 proof.
Agave cooked with refreshing grapefruit and lime citrus notes. Powerful, intense flavor leaving a stream of herbs and spices on the tongue. Subtle whispers of white oak in the finish.
