Gordon & MacPhail is a distillery owner, and an independent bottler of Scotch whisky, famous for its richly diverse range of bottlings from some of the most notable distilleries in Scotland.
The business was founded in 1895 as a grocer and wine and spirit merchant in Elgin, in the northeast of Scotland. In 1915, former apprentice John Urquhart, took over full control of the business. More than a century later, Gordon & MacPhail remains a family business.
