Limpid yellow-gold. Fragrant citrus and orchard fruit aromas pick up hints of pomegranate, pungent flowers and succulent herbs with air. Silky and focused on the palate, offering spice-accented yellow apple, tangelo and sweet butter flavors and subtle chamomile and fennel nuances. Comes off younger than it is, showing solid closing thrust and repeating spice and floral notes. Disgorged in July 2018; 25% of the juice here went through malo. Drinking window: 2020 – 2025.
