Augier Le Sauvage is a bold, structured Petite Champagne cognac made from Ugni Blanc, distilled with reinforced wine lees for added power and intensity.

Maison Augier, established in 1643, is widely regarded as the oldest cognac house in existence and has been part of the Pernod Ricard group since 2013. Le Sauvage comes from a single cru the chalky soils of Petite Champagne and a single grape, Ugni Blanc. Its reinforced fine-lees distillation gives the spirit structure and a wild, vibrant character. Like all Augier cognacs, it is non-chill filtered and made with no additives, which is reflected in its pale natural color. Le Sauvage took Gold in the Spirits Selection at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2019.
