Long out of regular production, this Original Label bottling represents the classic pre-discontinuation Bacardi 151 format with no tax strip on the cap.
At 151 proof, Bacardi 151 is highly flammable historically used both for high-impact flaming cocktails (B-52s, Flaming Volcanoes) and to add concentrated rum backbone to Hurricanes, Rum Punches, and other sweet, fruity drinks. Bacardi discontinued the 151 in 2016, making remaining bottles collectibles. The Original Label format predates the most recent packaging design.
