Bevan Cellars is a producer of Napa Valley and Sonoma wines based in Bennett Valley. It sources fruit from vineyards across the two major wine regions to produce small-lot wines made primarily of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Bevan Cellars’ full-bodied, richly flavored wines score high with the press, making them highly coveted by collectors, and usually only available on allocation.
The estate was founded by Russell Bevan and Victoria De Crescenzo in 2005. Before relocating to California, the two made regular trips to Napa Valley where they met and were mentored by esteemed winemakers Philip Togni and Bob Foley.

The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Dr. Crane Vineyard was aged for 19 months in French oak barrels, 100% new. Deep garnet-purple colored, it sashays out of the glass with flamboyant scents of redcurrant jelly, Black Forest cake, blackcurrant pastilles and rose oil with suggestions of cast-iron pan, pencil lead and tilled soil plus a waft of fragrant earth. Full-bodied, rich and concentrated with firm, exquisitely ripe, fine-grained tannins and seamless freshness, it delivers an incredible mineral and perfumed red fruit firework display finish.
