Key fundamentals: 405 acres of vineyards, mostly Grand or Premier cru, providing two-thirds of the houses needs; a 60%+ Pinot Noir framework across every cuve; the only remaining cooperage in Champagne, with 3,000 oak barrels for base-wine fermentation and 100% barrel fermentation of vintage wines; reserve wines stored in magnum for non-vintage blending; and all vintage bottles aged under natural cork, hand-riddled and hand-disgorged.
