Buffalo Trace operated during Prohibition as one of only four distilleries licensed to produce bourbon for medicinal purposes a legal exemption that kept the distillery producing while the rest of Americas whiskey industry shuttered. The Prohibition Collection honors that legacy with a curated set of Buffalo Trace expressions in the vintage-format packaging that evokes the eras illicit aesthetic.
