Powder pink color, the nose recalls pleasant notes of reds fruits, grapefruit combined with floreal fragrance (wisteria). On the palate, freshness and flavor come together in an intriguing combination, accompanied by citrus notes (lime, lemon). The Ros Dosage Zro La Prima Volta is obtained from the soft pressing of the best, selected, lambrusco di Sorbara grapes grown on the alluvial plains nearby Secchia river, the area south-west of Modena. The grapes are harvested by hand, gathered in small boxes, and handled with care to avoid any possible damage during transport and arrival in the cellar.
Only the freshly pressed must, with higher content of acidity and mineral notes, undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. In the spring, following grape picking, the secondary fermentation takes place inside the bottles by the traditional classical method of fermentation on the lees. Bottles are kept stored at a constant temperature for a long maturation period, thus enabling the wine to develop its best expression Then disgorgement activity is carried out, followed by refilling with the same wine, without addition of sugar.
