Champagne Gosset Extra Brut Celebris Ros is the prestige ros cuve of Gosset the oldest wine house in Champagne, founded in A in 1584 an Extra Brut ros with notes of raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, and vanilla alongside floral lilac and violet, finishing with pink grapefruit.
Celebris is the prestige tier of the Gosset range. The houses reputation for excellence starts on the vines: its champagnes are composed almost entirely of grapes from Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards. Unlike most Champagne producers, Gosset purposely avoids malolactic fermentation and always performs riddling and disgorging of prestige cuves and large-format bottles by hand. Prestige cuves are kept in deep cellars for 5+ years before release.
