Jongieux Blanc is made from the Jacqure grape variety. Typically Savoyard, it is the most widespread grape variety in Savoie. It represents half of the vineyard. Its generous bunches take on pinkish colors at the end of maturation. It produces a low-alcohol, fresh, light, mineral and very fruity wine that is drunk young. Cultivated on 4.5 hectares on the different terroirs of Jongieux in Savoie. The grapes are picked by hand then transported, respecting their integrity as much as possible, to the press. The must (grape juice) is quite acidic and has rich varietal aromas. Fermentation takes place in our cellars, slowly, under thermal regulation. Regularly rewarded in competitions, this wine is a safe bet.
