Clif Family Winery & Farm is a wine producer based on the eastern edge of downtown St Helena, in California’s Napa Valley. The winery was established in 2004 by Gary Erickson and Kit Crawford? co-founders of the Clif Bar energy bar (now owned by food giant Mondelez) with the first wines released in 2008.
The winery sources fruit from 90 acres (40 hectares) of estate-owned vineyards boasting nine grape varieties. Despite the location of the estate’s cellar door, the vineyards are located in the Howell Mountain and Oak Knoll District AVAs.
