Cooked in an underground stone oven, ground with a tahona stone, naturally fermented in wood vats, and double distilled in a copper pot. Esencial is the entry point of the MEZCAL CONVITE spectrum. With its smooth and elegant flavor, it can both be enjoyed by itself or paired with another mixer. it has no additional flavors, only the exquisite taste of agave.
