Cygnet Gin is produced in New Zealand and takes its name from the young swan reflecting both the clean, elegant character of the spirit and New Zealand’s natural environment. Manuka honey is the defining botanical: produced by bees that feed on the Manuka bush (Leptospermum scoparium) native to New Zealand and Australia, it has a more complex, herb-forward, and medicinal aromatic character than standard honey adding a distinctive softness and creaminess that floral honeys don’t provide.
