Deanston Distillery in a converted Doune cotton mill has been producing its characteristic honeyed and soft Highland single malt since 1966. The 1991 vintage at 28 years demonstrates the distillerys approach to long-aged expressions: always inventing and innovating with different cask styles and sublime finishes.
