With spicy, bready, and herbal notes from its rye cask finish, this single malt from Dingle Distillery celebrates L le Brde, marking the arrival of spring and the end of winter. Aged initially in bourbon casks, it offers a complex flavour profile enhanced by its finishing process. A delicate aroma. The palate is an explosion of flavors and the finish is nice. The finish is surprisingly long and warming.
Dingle La Le Bride is a triple distilled Irish single malt from the Dingle distillery, launched in 2023 as the second whiskey in the Wheel of the Year limited series, inspired by the Celtic solar calendar. Initially matured in first fill bourbon casks, then finished in rye whiskey casks. Bottled at 50.5% ABV in 10,000 units.
