Dirty Baby Red Blend 2016
The Dirty Baby wines are the result of a collaboration between Jeff Strauss, chef/owner of Jeffs Table Modern Deli and acclaimed Napa Winemaker, Charles Thomas, of Quintessa, Faust, Rudd, Cardinale, Lokoya among others. The goal was to create a pair of bold, fun and delicious wines that match beautifully with the kinds of foods Jeff loves to serve (and eat!) and also taste fantastic all on their own because, lets face it, sometimes you just want the wine.
A blend of co-fermented Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Petit Sirah & Viongier. Dark, red plum, black cherry, star anise and touches of cinnamon and a little peppery spice. Serve from lightly chilled to room temperature.
