Revealing aromas of golden orchard fruit, honeycomb, white flowers and fresh pastry, the 2018 Pouilly-Fuiss is medium to full-bodied, bright and lively, with a nicely defined core of fruit, lively acids and an elegantly saline finish. One of the more youthfully reserved of Cornin’s 2018s, it will really unwind after a year or two in the cellar.
