Unaged white whiskey capturing the raw corn character of traditional Southern moonshine without the barrel aging that produces bourbons familiar color and sweetness.
At 100.7 proof, White Lightning delivers the bold proof of traditional moonshine clear, corn-forward, and direct. The raw corn mash character that aging in oak would transform over years is preserved in this unaged expression: sweet corn grain, light floral notes, and a clean heat.
