Gaja’s Gaia & Rey Chardonnay is a fine Piedmontese white wine in the mould of a white Burgundy. It is matured for six to eight months in 225l French oak barrels before bottling. This is a refined and complex Chardonnay with layers of apple, citrus and tropical fruit, fine minerality and well-integrated toasty oak. IN good years, the wine can age well in bottle for a decade or more.
