Built on premium California wine grapes for layered fruit and oak complexity, aged in select Limousin oak barrels. Extremely smooth with an incredibly long finish.
Germain-Robin was founded by Ansley Coale and Cognac distiller Hubert Germain-Robin as the first California brandy to break free from the constraints of Cognac using flavorful California wine grapes rather than traditional Cognac varietals. The XO is built around its signature grape, Pinot Noir, with Colombard and Smillon adding further dimension.
