Glenfiddich 15 Year is a richly layered Speyside single malt matured in sherry, bourbon, and new oak casks, then married in a handcrafted Solera vat a process that builds remarkable depth and consistency.
The Solera vat is the heart of the 15 Year: it is never emptied below halfway, so each batch marries with all that came before, creating a continuous, consistent character. Maturation across three oak types sherry, bourbon, and new oak produces a complex profile of sweet honey, vanilla fudge, and rich dark fruit, layered with sherry, cinnamon, and ginger.
Smooth and multi-layered, it is excellent neat or with a drop of water.
