In this environment, cooler than the hillsides, this Cornas Nouvelle R is a complex, vibrant, and expressive red wine. It offers a beautiful deep and brilliant red color. On the nose, intense aromas of black fruits, such as blackberry and blackcurrant, mingle with spicy notes of black pepper and garrigue herbs, characteristic of the Cornas terroir. It also reveals subtle nuances of leather and flint, adding depth. On the palate, the wine is powerful yet balanced, with a firm but well-integrated tannic structure, which gives it great length.
