Havana Club Aejo Blanco is a white rum built on the original Cuban recipe of the Arechabala family aged in oak, then blended and rested again for a clean, lightly fruity character.
Based on the original Cuban recipe from the Arechabala family, this rum is aged one year in oak barrels, then blended and aged again for a minimum of two months. The result carries fruity aromas with hints of vanilla and oak on the palate cleaner and more rounded than a typical unaged white rum, thanks to the resting periods.
It mixes cleanly in a Mojito, Daiquiri, or Cuba Libre, and is smooth enough to sip lightly chilled.
