Where XO blends up to 100 eaux-de-vie aged 1030 years, Paradis Imperial draws on only the most exceptional aged stocks from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne crus eaux-de-vie of extraordinary age and character that the volume demands of the XO program cannot accommodate.
