Grown today in partnership with the Pederson Family in Seneca Falls, this organic rye is the core component of Jaywalks three distinct varieties: Straight Rye, Bonded Rye, and Heirloom Rye, each with its own bold flavor and NYs individualistic and purposeful attitude.
