A symbol of innovation and excellence, this Brut Nature champagne embodies the precise art of ageing and blending. Like a skillful craftsman weaving threads of different colours to create a unique masterpiece, the 7 vintages making up the cuve have been aged using three different methods before being blended. After 8 years of maturation in the cellar, this “Haute Oenologie” creation reveals an unparalleled liveliness, depth and aromatic complexity.
This cuve is the inaugural release in the Collection Impriale line launched this year to celebrate the milestone. A product of Mot & Chandons centuries-old savoir-vin, Cration No. 1 is the pinnacle of the Maison’s practice of Haute Oenologie. This champagne is made from an assemblage of remarkable vintages, aged through different maturation processes in oak casks and on the lees, in bottles.
