The Montevetrano Core Bianco is a Campania IGT white wine made from a blend of Fiano and Greco grapes. Both varieties undergo a cryo-maceration process and are then separated during the alcoholic fermentation because each grape variety has a different age of maturation. After fermentation the blend is compiled and it begins a period of fine lees ageing (7/8 months) with regular weekly btonnage.Explosive youthfulness, fresh and intense notes of fruits and flowers . White flowers, fresh fruits, pear and white peach on a background of rosemary. On the palate not too heavy, but rather dancing and elegant with a wonderfully fresh structure. Complex and full-bodied finish.

The 2021 Core Bianco is a blend of equal parts Fiano and Greco, the pearl and the diamond atop a crown of Campania white grapes. This wine shows soft creaminess, just a touch, with supple flavors of orchard fruit, lemon meringue, papaya and a hint of sea salt. Winemaking is in stainless steel only, so that pretty texture comes directly from the well-ripened fruit and calcareous clay soils. This vintage is especially bright and balanced.
