Prohibition Craft Spirits (PCS) was founded in 2016 and has become known for its sourcing of exceptional barrels for its own line and for private whiskey clubs. Their Nulu line is sourced MGP bourbon and rye that is bottled unfiltered at cask strength.
After selecting this barrel of MGP rye, PCS finished it in a toasted barrel for 1-4 weeks, then bottled it uncut and unfiltered. Notes of roasted almond, leather, heavy baking spice, tingly rye spice, and sweet oak vanilla. Bottled at 61.5% abv.
