The 110-proof (55% ABV) expression intensifies both the saffron character and the structural backbone for cocktails or neat sipping.
The higher 55% ABV preserves more of the volatile aromatics released by the saffron during botanical infusion, producing a more intense expression than the 92-proof bottling. The pale yellow color comes directly from the saffron carotenoid pigments no artificial coloring.
