Built on the same dry, low-sugar foundation as the original Patrn XO Cafe, the Incendio expression layers rich Criollo chocolate and the gentle fire of arbol chili over the coffee-and-tequila base. Handcrafted in small batches from 100% Weber Blue Agave, it’s less sweet than typical coffee liqueurs closer to a spirit than a syrup which makes it as good for sipping as it is for mixing or drizzling over dessert.
