A blend of Chardonnay from the Willamette Valley’s Zena Crown, Bramble Hill, Jory Hills, and Cantwell vineyards. This dry white spends 10 months in 36% new oak. Fresh, with bright acidity, medium body, and orchard fruit and baking spice aromas. Pair with Hainanese chicken rice.
Notes of apple and ripe pear mingle with woody spice. Citrus zest and a touch of oak give this wine a balance of acid and sweetness creating weight and length in the finish.
