Hand-selected by the Flask team directly from the Pinhook rickhouse, this is our private bottling of their 4-Year-Old “Tiz Rye Time” Cask Strength Rye. While the standard release is a blend of barrels, this expression is the undiluted and unfiltered profile of a single, standout cask that we felt best represented the power and complexity of modern Kentucky rye.
This specific barrel offers a rich palate of black pepper, dark cherry, and clove, supported by a backbone of brown sugar and toasted oak. The cask strength proof ensures a bold, warming finish that is exceptionally long and balanced.
This is a one-time release. Once the bottles from this barrel are gone, this specific profile is gone forever.
