Mistral is distilled in Pisco Elqui, a village in Chiles sun-soaked Elqui Valley where pisco was first distilled in the country at the turn of the 17th century. The present-day distillery occupies a revamped century-old country house. The Nobel Reservados longer 13 year maturation in medium-toast oak builds a softer, more integrated character than younger expressions.
