Distilled during the Spring 2019 season and bottled at 100 proof, this is the fourth batch of Rocket Tops bonded series and one of the most collectible to date. The whiskey is named after one of the tallest trees in the Redwood Empire, symbolizing towering strength and deep rootsa fitting name for a rye this rich in complexity.
