SennzaFinne comes from husband and wife team Joey & Gilian Diedrick. The two professional bartenders fell in love with Amaro during travels through Italy in 2013 and began extracting botanicals and developing their recipes using exotic and local botanicals at their tiny distillery near Seattle. They use only organic and wild harvest ingredients using their tiny pots to extract at 190 proof, they only produce 400 bottles at a time. They are never using caramel to color and bottle every product by hand.
The “Always” amaro features hibiscus, cinnamon, lemongrass, sarsaparilla, rhubarb root & smoked paprika. An homage to Italian Amari, while their seasonal offerings walk you through a specific time and place, Always is steadily at home in itself. Darkest of the lot, it offers nuanced spice and a pleasing bitter backbone of rhubarb root.
