Distilled in June 2007, the single malt whiskey matured over ten years until November 2017, when Springbank filled the barrels with 9,000 bottles.
Aroma: various aromas rise into the nose – vanilla ice cream with butterscotch sauce, pecan nut cake and creme caramel – creamy biscuits, chocolate and honey behind
Taste: soft and velvety in the taste – floral notes of lemon grass, with lemon tea, sweet almonds and marzipan – behind it some peat
Finish: soft, earthy notes with salted caramel and a fresh spice of freshly baked cinnamon cake with honey
