Tequila Corazn De Agave is a 100% blue agave blanco tequila from Destiladora San Nicolas in Amattn, Jalisco presenting a very fruity aroma of ripe pears and sweet apples, light in body with a creamy mouthfeel, distinct notes of white pepper, and embodies the true essence of the heart of the agave with a clean, clear, crisp, and smooth finish.
Corazn de Agave uses agave from the Amattn lowland valley region of Jalisco. The corazn (heart) refers to the pia the core of the mature agave plant that is harvested, cooked, crushed, and fermented to produce the tequila. At 40% ABV, the blanco presents the unaged agave character directly from the still.

Blanco (also called silver or plata) tequila is bottled immediately after distillation or rested for no more than 60 days in stainless steel or neutral containers. No oak ageing. The blanco presents the purest expression of the agaves natural character without any wood influence.
