Over four centuries, the Trimbach family is working on the vineyards to make the wines as dry, elegant and well-balanced wines with just the right amount of acidity. The Trimbach Estate is located in the heart of Ribeauville, on the classic Wine Route. Numerous rivers, mountains and vineyards can be found here. Therefore, there are diverse types of soil qualities, climatic conditions, temperature and other terroirs on this route. This is why the grapes grown here are full of character and flavour. The Riesling is the most common varietal grown on the Trimbach estate. Bottled at 13.5% ABV.

Slight hints of wax, earth and lemon show on the still-shy nose. The palate is equally reticent, tightly coiled but speaking of concentrated citrus freshness that verges into zestiness. The bone-dry nature makes it hard to sense ripe citrus slumbering at the core but the fruit will reveal itself with bottle age. Concentration, purity and power promise a future firework, discernible now in the tangerine zestiness on the finish.
