TUYO No. 3 Aejo Cristalino Tequila is a Casa Maestri Special Edition expression designed to walk you through the various aromas found in the highlands and lowlands of Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico an aejo tequila aged in American white oak barrels and then filtered into a crystal-clear cristalino. Bottled in a 375ml format.
Tuyo means Yours that which belongs to you. The agave plants grown in the highlands of Jalisco offer juicy, acidic notes of fresh citrus fruits with a satisfying balance of herbs. In contrast, the agave plants from the lowland region bring a variety of complex spice notes. The combination of these two terroirs gives Tuyo its bold, unique, sophisticated character. The aejo base spends meaningful time in American white oak before being filtered to remove color, preserving the structural notes of cask aging while delivering the clarity of a blanco.
