Tasting Notes
Nose: Assertive and spicy. Aromas of caramelized brown sugar and vanilla bean lead, supported by cinnamon, toasted oak, and a faint hint of dark cherry.
Palate: Viscous and oily. Front-palate sweetness of brown butter cornbread and toffee quickly transitions to a heavy dose of baking spice, black pepper, and clove derived from the high rye content.
