Three bottles come from Buffalo Trace in Frankfort; Willett comes from Kentucky Bourbon Distillers in Bardstown a separate five-generation family craft distillery. Together they represent two entirely different Kentucky bourbon production traditions.
Willett Pot Still Reserve 750ml Single barrel wheated bourbon, 810 years, Kentucky Bourbon Distillers, Bardstown. Brown sugar, molasses, creamy vanilla, cinnamon, and mint. Gold Medal, SFWSC 2008.
Eagle Rare 10 Year 750ml Single barrel, minimum 10 years, 90 proof. Toffee, orange peel, herbs, leather, and deep oak.
Buffalo Trace Bourbon 750ml Flagship Kentucky straight bourbon, 90 proof. Vanilla, toffee, and candied fruit.
Blantons Original Single Barrel 750ml High-rye Mash Bill #2, Warehouse H, 93 proof. Sweet citrus, vanilla, caramel, and baking spices. The worlds first single barrel bourbon.
