Made with wheat in place of the traditional rye grain, William Larue Weller offers a softer, rounder profile beneath its high proof. The 2023 release was distilled in spring 2011 and aged for approximately 12 years before bottling, giving it a dense, layered character with mature oak, dark fruit, caramel, and baking spice.
