Slippery texture with just the faintest grip, perfumed that marries classic stone fruit, nougat, cinnamon, sea spray, with elements of sake, alpine herbs and warm slate. The texture is a feast, the flavour profile generous but cut with brine, the length excellent, the overall drinking experience refreshing, interesting and comes with urgency to finish a glass.
