At twice the age of Eagle Rare 10 Year, the bourbon has developed a fundamentally different character: the wine-like fruit aromatics of younger Eagle Rare have evolved into something richer, more concentrated, and more complex, with the gracefully aged oak that defines the best ultra-long-matured American whiskey.
