Donati Spirits was founded in 2020 to craft spirits alongside the Donati family’s Central Coast wines. Citrine is built on a base distilled from estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes, then rested for 13 months in Chardonnay barrels unusually long for a vodka which gives it both its golden color and a rounder, more layered character than a standard clear vodka.
