Fewer than 3% of vodkas worldwide are made from potatoes. Blue Ice is built on Idaho Russet Burbank potatoes and water drawn from the Snake River Aquifer, fed by Grand Teton snowmelt. The spirit is distilled in a four-column still and filtered five times fine charcoal, filter press, garnet and crystal, travertine, and sub-micron for a clean, naturally fuller-bodied vodka.
