Bramto della Sala is a go-to for high-quality Italian Chardonnay. This is the 100% Chardonnay from Antinori’s celebrated Castello della Sala estate, the very same property where the iconic “Cervaro della Sala” is born.
Bramto delivers the pedigree of its famous sibling at a remarkably accessible price. The winemaking balances richness with freshness; a small portion of the wine is aged in oak barrels to build texture and add subtle notes of vanilla and toast, while the majority remains in stainless steel to preserve the vibrant fruit.
The result is a wine with a core of ripe golden apple, pear, and citrus, supported by a clean, mineral-driven finish. It has the structure and complexity to compete with top Chardonnays from around the world, while remaining unmistakably Italian.
